Our system is designed to allow for flexibility, and to suit what you are looking for. We use primarily warm, natural materials like local, rot-resistant woods on most surface areas, as well as readily recycled aluminum.
Here’s how the process will go:
1. We will come out to your site, make an assessment, and create a set of options that will fit your space and style.
2. Choose from either pre-set packages or swap out individual components in the pre-designed system.
3. Work with our designers to create a customized space that meets your needs, so that it looks like no other establishment and works just the way you want it.

We ensure that your roadway cafe will meet current NYC DOT rules. We can lead the application process, handle coordination with city agencies, and make sure you will have your structure ready and compliant when you need it.

All elements of our structures are made in our local, in-house wood and metal fabrication shop. Our design and fabrication team work hand in hand to make sure that our structures meet quality expectations.

Our team will install your roadway café in a safe and timely fashion.

Our licensed electricians will install the lighting package of your choice. We have designed and implemented many outdoor and indoor electrical and lighting installations for a variety of projects. The work will be safe and to code, all while fitting your style.

We can perform maintenance throughout the season to keep the structure in good condition.

We can remove the structure safely and quickly, and pack it for storage.

We can store your roadway café structure in our local storage facility. Our team can work in refurbishing your structure while it is not in use.

Meet Our Team

A creative, thoughtful, and award-winning industrial and urban designer dedicated to bringing comfort and joy to our collective spaces. She has designed and shaped many outdoor food/retail spaces in Bryant Park, including: Southwest Porch, the five permanent food kiosks, and a system of 220 holiday shop kiosks in Winter Village that is rapidly assembled and dismantled year after year. In addition, she’s designed permanent street furniture approved for use citywide, and countless other robust structures for the harsh NYC environment– all with warmth, safety, and joy in mind.

Project manager, designer, and civil engineer. Creative thinker, problem solver and team leader. Kelvin’s life’s work has been creating places for people to experience and gather. He has extensive experience managing the fabrication, construction and production of unique temporary and permanent small to large scale projects. Some of his projects include a 9,000 square feet two story modular restaurant at Bryant Park’s Winter Village, over 200 temporary holiday shops, an outdoor fully enclosed modular bar, structures for sport exhibitions and large-scale special events in NYC, and high-end state of the art restaurants including custom design and fabrication of interior and exterior furniture and décor elements.

Jaewook has completed a large number of projects in the NYC area, from residential and commercial interior renovations to ground-up construction of residential and commercial buildings. He is a self-made general contractor, whose honesty, attention to detail and workmanship have earned him a reputation that have kept him actively in business all these years.
